Our Staff Team

At St Francis Catholic Primary, our staff team is committed to providing a caring, safe and stimulating learning environment for every child. We work closely together to ensure that children feel supported academically, socially and emotionally, and that each pupil’s individual needs are recognised and valued.

Our teachers plan engaging lessons that build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum subjects, while also promoting high expectations and positive behaviour. Teaching assistants and specialist staff provide additional support in class, helping pupils to access learning, develop confidence and make progress at their own pace.

We believe effective communication with parents is essential. Staff are available to discuss learning and wellbeing, and we encourage families to be partners in their child’s education. Whether it’s through day-to-day conversations, school updates or scheduled meetings, we aim to work together to help every child thrive at St Francis Catholic Primary.
