No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” (Aesop)

National Random Acts of Kindness Day is celebrated on February 14th and was started by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. It helps raise awareness of the benefits being kind can bring, to both the recipient and the contributor.

To help celebrate National Random Acts of Kindness Day the staff and children of the school decided to complete 300 acts of kindness throughout Term 4 and record them to display on our Kindness Wall. Have a look below at some examples of the acts of kindness we all contributed.

The thing that really impressed us was the fact that the board was full of kindness. But it wasn’t just actions it was also the way all the children spoke to each other. It made us proud to be members of St Francis school.” – William and Lily

The act of kindness wall is incredible. I’m amazed at how many acts of kindness we have written down.” – Ophelia
